COMING UP:
1.5 HOUR WORKSHOPS in a range of different styles - Thursday 22 January, CBD -- one-off technique workshops on - come and join us, dip your toe in, and try out some styles - meeting like-minded people in a supportive environment.
ADULT & YOUTH CLASSES, LYRICAL | CONTEMPORARY DANCE, HIPHOP | COMMERCIAL, HEELS , KPOP, MUSICAL THEATRE, DEVELOPMENT SQUAD, | PARTNERWORK, KIDS GYMNASTICS
All classes beginning late Jan/Early Feb are 6-8 week courses.
All classes have opportunities to shoot or prep for an (optional) Live Show

Our Adult Classes are open to any age between 8 and 80years. Our dancers come from all backgrounds and skill levels, so whether you've danced for years or this is your first experience with a dance company/dance class we look forward to meeting you.
From fitness, to expression, a better more uplifted sense of mental health, finding a supportive positive community, creating art, levelling up, aiming for that scary solo, stepping out of your comfort zone, or simply getting your confidence up -- we've got you covered.
ADC WORKSHOPS (IN-PERSON)
Bridging Foundation Workshops to help you upskill, step into classes if you're new to dance or returning after a long while, or if you simply want to improve/brushup what you already know and sharpen up for your current classes! Open to all levels and a brilliant way to ease nerves/be introduced to our students and choreographers with no pressure to join a course.
ADC DIGITAL MODULES
ADC’s Foundation Techniques + Show Moves instructional video modules out now - to build flexibility, strength and a clean clear strong base for all classes and just fantastic general fitness! ⚡️ Stretches, drills, show tricks, splits, turns, leaps and more. Amazing knowledge (including 20 years of dance experience) with ADC's Technique Teacher Mollie.
