​Our Adult Classes are open to any age between 13 and 100.  Our dancers come from all backgrounds and skill levels, so whether you've danced for years or this is your first experience with a dance company/dance class we look forward to meeting you.

From fitness, to expression, a better more uplifted sense of mental health, finding a supportive positive community, creating art, levelling up, aiming for that scary solo, stepping out of your comfort zone, or simply getting your confidence up -- we've got you covered.
