No exams or pressure, just fun choreography and upskilling - memory, physicality, and presence. Get all that energy back, get them back into their body, meeting others, and away from those devices! ADC TECHNIQUE WORKSHOPS

In person, foundation workshops which serve as a stepping stone to our classes, or a fun, one-off upskilling session. Whether you're an absolute beginner, returning to dance after a long while, or just want to build on the skills you already know/refine your technique, this is a great way to do it. A supportive, safe environment, facilitated by our experienced, friendly tutors.
