HEELS

Combining sass, energy and style, learn choreography with a sexy spin. Channel your inner Beyonce, bring out your confidence to commercial music (eg Rihanna, Ariana, Beyonce & more) as well as getting fit, toned and more confident.

In person, foundation workshops which serve as a stepping stone to our classes, or a fun, one-off upskilling session. Whether you're an absolute beginner, returning to dance after a long while, or just want to build on the skills you already know/refine your technique, this is a great way to do it. A supportive, safe environment, facilitated by our experienced, friendly tutors.

HEN'S NIGHT DANCE SESSIONS
Celebrate your Hen's Party/ Bachelorette Party in style with an ADC dance instructor & a bespoke dance session for you and your ladies! Suitable for all ages, & a great ice-breaker/ fun-filled afternoon or evening activity for your guests - from Mother-In-Law to Niece!
Specifically catering to your needs & theme, our experienced & popular instructors provide a fun-filled custom-made choreography, special song requests, costumes & accessories & lots more.

We have co-ordinated and choreographed First Dances for the weddings of select members of the Forbes 30 under 30, Miss Universe NZ, Editors of Remix & The NZ Herald, and many many more. Over 450 + Wedding Dances across the last few years! We have all your needs covered and will send you out with a fantastic dance, building confidence & skill, to perform in front of all your family and friends 🤍 A low pressure, supportive and safe environment to learn, and grow as a couple.

Our team have worked with American Express, Pepsi, Spark & many more with corporate icebreakers for your next conference, event, or day out of the office! Learn a fun choreography or simply get back in your bodies, learn something for performance, or just for fun! We have got you covered.
STILLS & VIDEO SHOOTS
All of our students have the opportunity to shoot with our experienced Creative Team and take part in professional photo and video shoots throughout the year!
