"Since I have been doing the ADC Workshops/Classes, I have actually been so much happier that people at work have asked me what has changed in my life! I feel so much better than before health-wise and mentally..I love to dance and never thought that there could be an outlet for that as an adult! Kimberley is an AMAZING teacher and because of her vitality in classes...I am now a better person"
