Dancing, choreographing & teaching for over two decades, our Artistic Director Kimberley James has taught and ignited thousands of students, directed dozens of shows, starred in & photographed dance shoots all over the world (recently wrapping in Queenstown, NZ, and launching campaigns shot in New Caledonia, Auckland, Vietnam, Holland), and creating countless beautiful choreographies.

Kimberley has performed & choreographed for Warner Brothers Discovery, American Express, Pepsi, Sony Pictures, Miss World NZ, Calvin Klein, Westfield, Spark, The Silver Ferns, The Bledisloe Cup, Air New Zealand & Flight Centre, The Breakers Half Time Shows at Spark Arena, Douglas Pharmaceuticals, SAP, and many more across her decade long career.
Classes
Her weekly classes are filled with an overwhelming passion for dance & music which ignites hundreds of people each week, across all of her classes.
Students
Over the years her students have gone on to dance on the biggest stages in the world - including at The Superbowl - and have danced with Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Justin Beiber, Cirque de Soliel, The Weeknd, and more. Kimberley has helped to infuse her support, talent and wisdom to thousands of dancers and students all across the world, influencing multiple generations with her passion, and infectious enthusiasm.
Kim has taught CEO's and CFO's (SAP, Flight Centre, Centuria and many more), and taught workshops in Germany, Vietnam, Australia & inspired thousands of dancers across the world with passion, confidence, and purpose.
Directing & Philanthropy
Directing our sold out RISE shows , livestreaming to ticketholders around the world, she has received awards for her philanthropy from CanTeen NZ, and supported youth organisations Zeal, The Cancer Society, OneFifty Dream Days, and Ronald McDonald House. Last year (2024) collecting food donations for schools from our engaged student body, keeping little ones fed & galvanising our ADC community. In 2025, working with Aktive - NZ Police's youth organisation, helping to support at-risk youth through the arts.
